The person in question is quite possibly my interpretation of what Artemis Fowl (Jr.), adolescent Irish criminal mastermind extraordinaire and devious brainchild of author Eoin Colfer, would look like. The Artemis Fowl books (I believe there are currently five in the series) are relatively short but delightfully snarky reads, and I do hope you haven't missed out on them. However, in case you haven't read any of them and don't know who on earth young Arty is, you may also view the picture's subject as, perhaps, an alternate depiction of Cain from Kaori Yuki's Count/Earl Cain and Godchild manga series. And if you don't know who Cain is either ... then .... -_-;;
